Content: This course provides a review of common and significant mucosal lesions for the dental practitioner.

 To become comfortable in the identification and management of patients with mucosal lesions

To solidify the ability to provide optimal and comprehensive care to your patients while
minimizing your risk of failure to diagnose

Speaker Bio:

Audrey Boros, DDS, MSc

Dr. Boros earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Anatomy and Cell Biology from McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and a Master’s of Science in Pathology and Molecular Medicine from Queen’s University (Kingston, Ontario). She graduated amongst the top of her class, earning her DDS from The University of Southern California, Ostrow School of Dentistry. Following graduation, she pursued her interest in oral pathology, completing a three-year residency at New York Presbyterian-Queens during which time she helped sign out in excess of 35,000 cases.

She is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologist and an active educator. Dr. Boros is the immediate past President of the Southern California Academy of Oral Pathology (SCAOP), an organization which aims to promote continuing education related to Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and is an active member on several committees of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.
