Gannon Lee, DDS

DDS from the University of Southern California

Dr. Gannon Lee is a practicing general dentist in Mission Viejo, California, with a clinical focus on TMJ dysfunction, orofacial pain, and sleep apnea management. He earned his B.S. in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine in 1997 and his DDS from the University of Southern California in 2001, and has since completed advanced training including a TMD/Orofacial Pain mini-residency from UCLA, a Dental Sleep Medicine mini-residency from UCSF, and an Orofacial Pain certificate from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Sleep and Breathing Academy, and is currently furthering his expertise in the field as a student in the Distance Learning program in Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. With roughly two decades of clinical experience — including nearly a decade in private practice in Encinitas before relocating to Orange County — Dr. Lee’s interest in TMJ dysfunction and sleep-related disorders grew in part from managing his own diagnoses in these areas. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, lectures on dentistry and sleep apnea through OLLI at UC Irvine, and has participated in medical mission work in Vietnam, Guatemala, and Indonesia.
