Audrey Boros, DDS, MSc

Assistant Professor, Department of Diagnostic Sciences

Dr. Boros earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Anatomy and Cell Biology from McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and a Master’s of Science in Pathology and Molecular Medicine from Queen’s University (Kingston, Ontario). She graduated amongst the top of her class, earning her DDS from The University of Southern California, Ostrow School of Dentistry. Following graduation, she pursued her interest in oral pathology, completing a three-year residency at New York Presbyterian-Queens during which time she helped sign out in excess of 35,000 cases.

She is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologist and an active educator. Dr. Boros is the immediate past President of the Southern California Academy of Oral Pathology (SCAOP), an organization which aims to promote continuing education related to Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and is an active member on several committees of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.

This course reviews disease mechanisms andprocesses including developmental, inflammatory, and neoplastic conditions
OFPM 702 (b) 2 units Oral Pathology and Maxillofacial Medicine
Lectures and seminars on oral diseases which includes but not limited to developmental conditions, pigmented lesions, immune-mediated and allergic conditions, mucosal and connective tissue abnormalities.
